ALEACIONES Y TECNICAS DE METALES NO FERREOS, S.L. (TECH-NOFER), was created as a company devoted to the transformation of non-ferric metals and light aluminium alloys.

Established in the year 1992, despite its youth it has experienced staff and high gualification, which allows us to deliver supplies to the most demanding customers in sectors like:

Metallurgical, chemical, car, shipbuilding, taps, valves, building, industrial pieces, etc.

Our manufactures are made to order, having the customers our R+D department to advise them from scratch on newly made projects, trying to collaborate to the utmost of our possibilities on the setting of the best systems for their best attainment.

TECH-NOFER, constantly keep up to date with all the innovations produced in the sector, the company belongs to the Badalona Business Federation, and to the Association of Small and Medium-Size Companies of Catalonia (PIMEC-SEFES)

We have auxiliary workshop for the production of moulds, controlled by our quality department.

PRODUCTION

Our production plant es divided into five departments: Moulding, Melting (furnaces), Cleaning and Fettling, Reception, Delivery and Offices.

Our melting capacity consists of five natural gas furnaces (3 tilting-type of 280 points and 2 fixed of 300 points), which allows us to cast pieces of:

from 0 to 500 Kg/unit in copper alloys. from 0 to 300 Kg/unit in aluminium alloys. For special cases our technical department can conduct a study of their viability. In order to make cost cheaper for the benefit of a better price, we are heading for the mechanization of the production plants, using different systems as required by the products. Our daily schedule goes from 06:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:30.

We do any kind of finish in our factory, relying to that purpose on:

Shot blast machine ALJU Sets of fixed grinders Polishers and sanders Horizontal cutters Bandsaws In case we heva to use a subcontract, this is chosen after undergoing accurate tests and quality controls.

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality is our target and our raison d'être, that is why we have started the way that leads us to the European system ISO-9001. Our manufacturing process is ruled by the international norms and follows our customer's specifications. It consist of:

• Inspection of production and finish phases.
• Quality Certificate (to the customer's order).
• Certificate of hardness of treated pieces (to the customer's order).
• Digital pyrometry.
• Penetrating liquids.

OUR CUSTOMERS

Our customer file is increasing year after year. For this reason our sales cover now the totality of the peninsular territory, the Balearic Islands, the Canares and EU countries like France, Germany, Britain and Portugal, having reached even Japan. This growth is reflected in the increase of raw material consumption occured since the very moment our company was created.
